The Thessaloniki Museum of Photography organizes a magical, photo-christmas morning for children, parents and friends on Sunday, December 11 between 11:00 and 14:00 and invites everyone to join a fairytale world, with snowflakes, elves, candy and christmas melodies!
At ThMP’s “Magic Photo-Christmas”, the cafe will be turned into a craft lab, where little visitors will create their own ornaments to decorate the Museum’s christmas tree, based on Wilson Bentley’s famous snowflakes. Furthermore, they will have the chance to become ornaments themselves by hanging their photos on the tree!
At the christmas feast, candy won’t be absent, since children will bake and enjoy lovely “biscuit houses”, while the theatre group Mermix will narrate “Halima’s Journey”, a fairytale for refugee children and for every children in the world.
At the feast, surprises never end, since the saxophone quartet “Salonique” of State Conservatory Thessaloniki will be in charge of the soundtrack of this christmas morning!
