Born in Arahova. She studied TV filming at the Stavrakos Film School and photography at the Bozar Center of Art Studies and at the Focus Private school of Photography. She has followed seminars on the conservation of photographs and photographic techniques, while she has curated several exhibitions and the edition of numerous books. She has written a number of presentations and reviews and her work has been exhibited in many solo and group shows in Greece and abroad, as well as in a monography. She has worked in public and private education and since 1988 she teaches at the Department of Photography and Audiovisual Arts of the Technical Educational Institution.
