Eleni Mouzakiti holds an MA (Image and Communication – Goldsmiths College), and a PhD in Photography as a Fine Art Practice (University of Derby, UK). She has been a fellow of the DAAD, the Greek State Scholarship Foundation and the Onassis Public Benefit Foundation. She has exhibited her work widely (solo and group shows) in Greece and abroad. Works of her owned by the Portland Art Museum, Oregon, U.S.A., the State Museum of Contemporary Art-Greece, the Thessaloniki Museum of Photography and the ACG Art and other private Collections. Her portfolios have been published in various magazines, and exhibition catalogues (monographs: Visitors, in limbo, and Backstage Photographs). She has been an Adjunct Professor for Photography in the Visual Arts and Art Sciences Department (University of Ioannina). She is an instructor in workshops- seminars for Creative Photography and Contemporary Fine Art Photographic Practice and tutor for Personal Project and Portfolio Development.
