Born in Sydney, where he completed his studies in art and photography. His work has been featured in many exhibitions, mainly in Australia and Japan. In 1995, he was a founding member of the Australian Museum of Contemporary Photography in Sydney, where he lives and works as an artist, freelance photographer and professor of photography.
