He was born in 1948, in Ioannina.

He studied photography, cinematography, work of arts conservation, visual arts in Greece and in France.
In 1999 ITE confered a postgraduate diploma of work of art upon him.
He works as a fashion photographer and as a professor at the faculty of Photography at TEI in Athens and other schools.
His work has been presented in many solo and group exhibitions in Greece and overseas, in photo-books, in magazines, in TV shows about art.
He is a founding member of Athens’ Photography Center and a member of the Greek Chamber of Visual Arts.
