Xanthi is the next stop for the exhibition following Heraklion (Crete). The exhibition is realized as part of the Thracian Folkloric Feast of the city, which is carried out from 1966. The exhibition attempts to outline the tendencies developed in the history of Greek photography from the mid-war to the 1970’s through the 190 works of eleven important Greek photographers: Andreas Embeirikos, Konstantinos Zimeris, Sokrates Iordanidis, Dimitris Letsios, Spyros Meletzis, Nelly’s, Theodoros Nikoleris, Voula Papaioanou, Yiannis Stylianou, Dimitris Harissiadis, Maria Chroussachi.
