Born in Kavala. He studied Photography at the Art Institute of Philadelphia in the U.S. and is also a graduate of the Aristotle University of Physical Education. He has held solo exhibitions in Greece, Turkey, Spain and America, as has participated in dozens of group exhibitions in Greece and abroad. His works have won awards and many of them can be found in public and private collections. He has published four books, the latest one being the Calendar 1998-2004 (ed. Agra), while his works feature in many other publications. He is currently based in Thessaloniki.
